About Flowcall
Flowcall is an independent product, made by Matthew Fearing in Knoxville, Tennessee, USA.
Why it exists
A lot of important work in a company is the same small job every week: pull the numbers, check them, send them to someone who decides, and move on. It usually lives in a spreadsheet, a script on one person's laptop and an email thread. When the numbers are wrong, nobody notices until later. When someone asks "who approved this, and did it work?", the answer is hard to find.
Flowcall puts that job in one place. It runs the work on a schedule, stops when the data looks wrong, shows the real table to the person who decides, and keeps the record. It runs on your own computer, so it fits teams that can't send their data to another company's cloud.
How it is built
- It is made to be plain: short sentences on screen, and every error says what to do next.
- Every release goes through automated checks before it is published, and the installer is tested on a real Windows machine.
- The changelog lists every change in plain words.
What working with a small vendor means
- Support is by email, answered within one business day. One written thread keeps the exact error and the history.
- You can try everything that matters on the free Starter plan, with no time limit, before you pay.
- If a paid plan isn't right, you can get a full refund within 7 days of first use. The policies have the details.
